PROTOS and TESTING
Rapid prototyping including 3D printing, iterative lab and field testing, and client-approved confirmation prototypes.
Goal is to fully prepare vendors and factories for production, including refined tooling, materials, and testing iterations.
RELEASE FOR TOOLING
The final release packet and preparation for a factory to move to open tooling. Details such as draft, slides, and material flow are some of the many considerations in making a design mold-friendly.
DRAWINGS and TOLERANCING
We provide a series of technical drawings for the factory to work from that is also a contract for final production tolerances.
PRODUCTION TOOLING DEV.
Direct collaboration with the factory or mold shop to refine and finalize all aspects of a tooling or set of toolings for production.
Goal is to define the visual attributes and presentation of the brand itself through logos, guidelines, and packaging.
Logo iteration, font trials and selection, and development of unique graphic elements.
