A long time ago, ski poles used to be made of bamboo. Soul Poles is leading a new wave of high-performance, environmentally friendly bamboo ski & trekking poles that is challenging the status quo in the outdoor arena.
Looking to bring some fresh energy and engineering refinement into its already robust line of poles, SP enlisted Anamaly to take on the new Soul Lite project from concept through design & engineering and into production.
Building on the natural forms of bamboo, the asymmetrical and organic design hinted at Art Nouveau and was an intentional disruption to the overtly technical character of the world of ski equipment.
Robust engineering, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and a smooth delivery of the challenging design into production helped to make the Soul Lite one of the most unique, technically advanced, and environmentally friendly poles on the market.
